Rupee ends almost flat at Rs 68.95 against USD

Rupee today ended almost flat at 68 rupees and 95 paise against the US dollar in a lacklustre trade as participants preferred to sit on the fence ahead of the Union Budget due on Friday. At the interbank foreign exchange, the domestic unit opened at 69 rupees and two paise. During the day, the domestic unit witnessed a high of 68 rupees and 93 paise and a low of 69 rupees and seven paise against the US dollar.
