Rupee depreciates 44 paise to end at Rs 73. 47 against US dollar

The rupee depreciated 44 paise and closed at 73 rupees and 47 paise against the US dollar.   Brent crude prices were trading around 45 dollars and 90 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were around 43 dollars and 10 cents per barrel in intra-day trade.
