Rupee appreciates 15 paise to finish at Rs 72.44 against US Dollar

The Rupee today appreciated 15 paise to finish at Rs 72.44 against the US Dollar. The Dollar index, which indicates the US Dollar's strength against a basket of six other leading currencies, was up 0.25 per cent to trade at 90.19 in intra-day trade.
