Regional U.S. bank shares fall as POTUS admin proposed stronger measures to help reduce risk

U.S. stocks rose yesterday as technology-related shares strengthened themselves, while regional U.S. bank shares fell as the POTUS administration proposed stronger measures to help reduce risk. The Nasdaq Composite index gained 0.7 percent and the S&P 500 added 0.57 percent. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.43 percent.
