PM Modi extends his best wishes to Indian contingent at beginning of Paralympics Games

Prime Minister  Narendra Modi has extended his best wishes to the Indian contingent at the beginning of Paralympics Games in Tokyo.  In a tweet, Mr Modi said that the country  is proud of all the athletes representing  the nation at the Paralympics.
