Over 13.50 lakh farmers benefited from ongoing Kharif Marketing Season procurement operations: Govt

The government has said that over 13 lakh 50 thousand farmers have already been benefited from the ongoing Kharif Marketing Season procurement operations with MSP value of 47,644 crore rupees. Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and  Public Distribution in a statement said that paddy procurement for Kharif Marketing Season 2022-23 is progressing smoothly in 13 procuring States and Union Territories.
