Oil Prices Rise on Middle East Conflict: Brent at 78.57, WTI at 72.72

Oil prices rose today amidst the escalation of conflict in the middle-east region. In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading 0.54 percent higher at 78 dollars and 57 cents per barrel, while U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude was also trading marginally higher at 72 dollars and 72 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
