Oil prices gain more than half a percent

Oil prices today gained more than half a percent. Brent prices rose to trade above 85 dollars a barrel. In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading around 85 dollars and 20 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were at 82 dollars and 70 cents per barrel.
