No contractual coach terminated by Sports Authority of India during lockdown period: Govt

Union Government today said that no contractual coach was terminated by Sports Authority of India (SAI) during the lockdown period. In a written reply in the Lok Sabha, Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Thakur said, the Ministry is not implementing any scheme that provides for grant of honorarium to jobless coaches.
