Sensex, Nifty saw upwards trend in early trade

The Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed over 1000 points in early trade today. After hitting a low of 29,602, the 30-share index recovered, standing 1011 points higher at 31,078, when reports last came in.  The Nifty at the National Stock Exchange also saw an upwards trend and stood 310 points higher at 9,013.   In the previous session, the BSE barometer surged 2,476 points to end at 30,067 while the Nifty zoomed 708 points to close at 8,792 -- the best session ever for both indices in a...
