Sensex, Nifty post fresh all time highs

Rising for the fifth straight session, the Sensex at the Bombay Stock Exchange climbed 259 points, or 0.6 percent, to close at a fresh all time high of 47,613. The Nifty advanced 59 points, to post another record high of 13,933.
