Musical programme to commemorate birth centenary of Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi begins in Pune
To commemorate the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, the Arya Sangeet Prasarak Mandal has organised a musical programme called 'Abhivadan' from today at Ganesh Kala Krida Manch, Swargate, in Pune. The two-day programme will include musical concerts as well as recollections of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. The programme will be inaugurated at 4 pm today and conducted in three sessions.
