Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports sanctioned 634 athletes across 38 sporting disciplines for participation in the upcoming Asian Games. Sports Ministry approves proposals of shooters Ganemat Sekhon and Gurjoat Singh to train in Italy

The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has approved the proposals of Target Olympic Podium Scheme shooters Ganemat Sekhon and Gurjoat Singh to train in Italy. India's top-ranked Women's Skeet shooter Sekhon will be trained under coach Piero Genga for 11 days in Bari, while Singh will be trained under coach Ennio Falco in Capua for 10 days.
