Bombay HC allows BCCI to be present during cross-examination by Lalit Modi
The Bombay High Court today permitted representatives of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to remain present during the cross-examination of some witnesses by former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi in the alleged case of violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). The cross-examination proceedings are scheduled at the Enforcement Directorate from tomorrow till 13th of next month.
