Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur will inaugurate a unique talent hunt event, KIRTI in Chandigarh on Tuesday. The Khelo India Rising Talent Identification, KIRTI programme is aimed at athletes in the age group between nine to 18 years.
