Key domestic share indices trading with gains in afternoon amid positive global cues

The key domestic share indices were trading with gains in today's afternoon session amid positive global cues. The Sensex was 281 points higher at 71,618 and Nifty was 92 points up at 21,533 when reports last came in.  Asian markets also rose today tracking an overnight rise in US stocks, as investors bet that the Fed Reserve will cut interest rates early next year.
