Legend of Indian Women's cricket Mithali Raj announces her retirement from all forms of international cricket

The legend of Indian Women's cricket, Mithali Raj today announced her retirement from all forms of international cricket at the age of 39 years. She retired from T20 way back in September 2019, but continued to play in ODIs and Test matches. Mithali retires as the leading run-getter in women's ODIs. Sri Lankan govt decides to suspend proposal for new international cricket ground near Colombo

Sri Lankan government has decided to suspend proposal for a new international cricket ground near Colombo following controversy surrounding it in wake of present COVID crisis. The decision was reached after a meeting convened by Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa today involving Sri Lanka cricket officials, former players and administrators.
