Bangladesh announces 15-man squad for T20I series against India

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 15-man squad for their upcoming T20I series against India. Bangladesh will tour India for a three-match T20I series, starting November 3. India to honour contractual commitments under energy agreements: Sitharaman

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has assured investors that India will honour contractual commitments under various energy agreements. Speaking at the India Energy Forum of CERAWeek in New Delhi, Ms Sitharaman said, tax incidence has been lowered and investors should not have any concern as atmosphere to invest will be friendly. The Minister said, government will do everything it takes to meet renewable targets and energy sector is on the top of the priority list.

India hold Bangladesh to 1-1 draw in SAFF U-15 C'ship

Bangladesh hold India to a goalless draw in SAFF U-18 football

In football, India were held to a goalless draw by Bangladesh in their opening match of the SAFF Under-18 Championship at Kathmandu today. India started the match on an attacking note but an injury to goalkeeper Prabhsukan Singh Gill in the ninth minute forced coach Floyd Pinto to make an early change. India-A romped to a 36-run victory over South Africa-A in the fifth and final unofficial ODI, helping the hosts claim the series 4-1 in Thiruvananthapuram today.
