India to participate in Tokyo Olympics 2020 with complete preparation: Kiren Rijiju

Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju has said that India would be participating in the forthcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics with full-fledged preparations.
