In Cricket, India eves defeated Sri Lanka by four wickets in the first ODI of the three-match series at Pallekele  International Stadium and took a 1-0 lead. Chasing a victory target of 172 runs, India achieve the target in 38 overs. Visitors scored 176 for six wickets. Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur remains the top scorer with 44 runs.
