Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore congratulates Hriday Hazarika

Sports Minister Col Rajyavardhan Rathore has congratulated Hriday Hazarika who won Gold Medal in the 10m Air Rifle Junior Men's event in the ISSF Shooting World Championships.  In a tweet, the Minister wished him a brilliant future ahead.
