Gold prices today declined 130 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts. The precious metal was trading at 58,845 rupees per 10 grams. On the other side, silver gained 245 rupees to trade at 70,200 rupees per kilogram for September Contracts when reports last came in.   In the global markets, gold was trading up at 1,937 dollars and 30 cents per ounce at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Gold prices today fell 155 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for June contracts. The precious metal was trading at 51,380 rupees per 10 gram. On the other hand, silver prices gained 210 rupees to 66,505 rupees per kilogram for May Contracts when reports last came in. Gold prices today rose marginally by 20 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for August contracts amid gains in gold prices in the international markets. Gold was trading at 48,110 rupees per 10 gram. Silver prices declined around 70 rupees to trade at 67,180 rupees per kilogram for September Contracts when reports last came in. In the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold was up at 1,817 US dollars and 10 cents per ounce. Silver prices were also up at 25 dollars and 20 cents per ounce.

Gold prices rise marginally by Rs 37 to Rs 51,389 per 10 gram

Gold prices today rose marginally by 37 rupees to 51,389 rupees per 10 gram in the national capital. Silver prices, however, declined 915 rupees to 61,423 rupees per kilogram.   In intra-day trade, Brent crude prices were trading around 41 dollars and 70 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were around 39 dollars and 60 cents per barrel.

Gold soared 953 rupees, to 44,472 rupees per ten grams at Delhi's bullion market, on weaker rupee and rise in global prices. Silver climbed 586 rupees, to 49,990 rupees per kilogram. In the international market, gold traded higher at 1,682 dollars per ounce.
