Global crude oil prices rise more than one percent

Global crude oil prices today rose more than one percent. Oil prices recovered from a selloff in the previous session, led by concerns over the impact of the surge in covid cases in China on crude oil demand. In intra-day trade, Brent crude was trading around 103 dollars and 40 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were at 99 dollars and 60 cents per barrel.
