A well-known Telugu newsreader of All India Radio, &nbsp;Edida Gopal Rao passed away this morning in Hyderabad. He was 83. He headed the Telugu Language News Unit in All India Radio at the News Services Division for some time till 1995 and served the unit for more than 3 decades.
