Oil hits one-month high as demand shows signs of picking up

Oil prices today gained, touching more than one-month highs amid signs that demand for crude was picking up.       In intra-day trade, Brent crude prices, were trading at 31 dollars and 70 cents per barrel while WTI crude prices were at 28 dollars and 10 cents per barrel.
