Indian women's hockey tour of China cancelled due to Coronavirus outbreak

Subedar Gunasekaran felicitated for winning 3 gold in Military World Games, China

China's imports, exports fell more than expected in Sept

China's imports and exports fell more than expected in September, official data showed today, as cooling demand at home and abroad hit trade. According to data from the customs administration, globally, China's exports dropped 3.2 per cent in September from the same period last year, while imports dived 8.5 per cent. China revises 2017 economic growth down to 6.8% from 6.9%

China revised its 2017 economic growth down to 6.8 per cent from 6.9 per cent, as it braces for a possibly worse performance in 2018. The size of the gross domestic product of the world's second-biggest economy was revised down from 82.7 trillion yuan (USD 12.1 trillion) to 82.1 trillion yuan. China is due to release its GDP growth for 2018 on Monday. Recent statistics point to a slowdown.
