J&K LG Manoj Sinha hands over the Chess Olympiad Torch to Grandmaster Pravin Thipsay

In Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha handed over the Chess Olympiad Torch to Chess Grandmaster Pravin Thipsay today at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar today.
