Banks lower home loan rates to a ten year low

In good news for home buyers, the interest rates on home loans have hit a decadal low as several leading banks slashed their lending rates in the past few days. Nationalized banks like State Bank of India, HDFC, ICICI and Kotak Mahindra Bank have reduced their rates to a 10-year low level.
