Asian Stocks trade mixed on Tuesday

Asian Stocks traded mixed on Tuesday. South Korea's Kospi rose 0.4 percent and Singapore's Straits Times index added 0.2 pecent. On the other hand, China's Shanghai Composite index plunged 1.6 percent and Hong Kong's Hang Seng declined 1.2 percent.
