Asian Market: Asian shares end with gains; China's Shanghai Composite index climbs 1%

Asian shares today ended with gains. China's Shanghai Composite index climbed one percent and South Korea's KOSPI gained 0.7 percent. Singapore's Straits Times index rose 0.3 percent and Japan's NIKKEI-225 added 0.2 percent.   In European markets, Germany's DAX gained 0.8 percent and France's CAC was trading one percent up.
