AIR Leh broadcasts ‘Kangri Norbu’ programme for Tibetans since 80’s in Ladakh region
Since, early sixties the Tibetans took refuge in India and many settled in Leh - Ladakh. With similar religion and near matching food and cultural practices Ladakh became second home for the Tibetans.
