Govt says total Kharif crops sown over total area of 882 lakh hectares

Agriculture Ministry today said that the total Kharif crops has been sown on over 882 lakh hectare area against 774 lakh hectare area during the corresponding period of last year. The Ministry said, government is taking several measures to facilitate the farmers and farming activities at field level during COVID 19 pandemic.
