ICC confirms T20 World Cup to be held in UAE & Oman from Oct 17 to Nov 14

A day after the BCCI said that it will not be able to host the T20 World Cup, the International Cricket Council issued a statement confirming that the multi-nation tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates and Oman from October 17 to November 14. However, BCCI retains the hosting rights of the 16-team event.
