Govt agencies, pvt traders procure 80,96,828 metric tonnes of wheat till Friday

In Punjab, till Friday, Government agencies and private traders have procured total 80,96,828 metric tonnes of wheat. Giving this information at Chandigarh today an official Spokesperson said, on Friday on 17th day of procurement  6,62,331 metric tonnes of wheat has been procured. He told that out of this procurement of  6,62,331 MT, the Government agencies have procured  6,59,583 MT of wheat while 2,748 MT has been procured by the private traders (arhtyias).
