The West Bengal Chief Minister, Mr. Buddhadev Bhattacharjee that issues like climate change and global warming can be tackled by scientific measures. He was speaking at the inauguration of the 36th Jawaharlal Nehru National Scientific Exhibition at the Yuva Bharati Krirangan in Kolkata today. One representative each from 199 schools of the country are taking part in the exhibition, which will end on next Sunday.<br/>
