T20 World Cup: SA to face India in final Super 8 match

India will lock horns with South Africa in their final Super-8 match of the ICC Twenty-20 World Cup Cricket tournament at Colombo in Sri Lanka today. The match will begin at 7:30 PM. This is a must win game for the Men in Blue, as a victory today would further consolidate their chances of making it to the semi-finals. On the other hand, South Africa would look to win their first match of the Super-8 stage and stop Team India from going into the last four round. Earlier, in the other Group-2 Super-8 encounter, Australia will take on Pakistan at the same venue today. The match is slated to begin at 3:30 PM. Australia are at the top of the group with 4 points and would be eying to enter the semis with a big win; while Pakistan, after enduring a loss to India in the last match, would give their best shot to strengthen the chances of booking a semi-finals berth. All India Radio Delhi will broadcast a running commentary on today's matches alternately in Hindi and English on the National Hook up and FM Gold network. The commentary on the Australia-Pakistan match will begin at 3 PM, while the commentary on the India-South Africa encounter will be available from 7 PM onwards. Yesterday, the West Indies and hosts Sri Lanka advanced into the semi-finals of the competition. In the final two Group-1 Super-8 matches yesterday, the West Indies edged past New Zealand, beating them in the super-over; while, Sri Lanka defeated defending champions England by 19 runs at Pallekele.
