The Twenty20 World Cup Cricket Tournament begins in Sri Lanka tomorrow. In the opening match at Hambantota, Hosts Sri Lanka will take on Zimbabwe in a Group "C' fixture at 7.30 P.M. India will begin their campaign against Afghanistan on Wednesday at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The encounter will begin at 7.30 P.M. In an earlier match on the same day at the same venue, Australia are slated to face Ireland at 3.30 P.M. The other teams in the 12-Nation competition are: England, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, New Zealand and the West Indies. The teams have been divided into four groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Eight stage. The final will be played in Colombo on October 7.Meanwhile, in a warm-up Twenty20 match in Colombo today, Pakistan beat India by five wickets.
