India defeated Zimbabwe by six wickets in the first Twenty 20 International Cricket match at Harare today. They achieved the target of 112 runs in 15 overs only. Yusuf Pathan was not out on 36 and declared Man of the Match. Suresh Raina made 28 and Virat Kohli 27. For Zimbabwe Chris Mpofu and Raymond Price took two wicket each. Earlier, putting to bat first, Zimbabwe scored 111 for 9 in 20 overs. Chamu Chibhabha was the highest scorer with 40 followed by Craig Ervine 30. For India Vinay Kumar claimed three wickets while Pragyan Ojha and Ashok Dinda took two each and R Ashwin and Piyush Chawla claimed one wicket each.
