Security forces in Syria have arrested hundreds of opposition supporters in the ongoing campaign against dissent across the country. One witness in the southern city of Daraa said, police conducted house to house searches and dragged about four hundred men from their homes and the State media said Army had killed ten armed terrorists and arrested hundreds others. And in Damascus police dispersed hundreds of women protesting against security operations in Daraa.
