Syrian Army has announced ceasefire in south of the country till Thursday. According to a statement carried by state television, the army general command said the ceasefire took effect from midday yesterday and is being done to support reconciliation efforts. <br/><br/>The latest announcement extends the ceasefire alongside Deraa city to the whole of southern Syria, including the provinces of Quneitra and Sweida.
