A deal unveiled by Russia's military to set up safe zones in Syria has come into force. The four zones will remain in place for six months. <br/><br/>The accord on the zones was reached at Thursday's talks in Kazakhstan between Russia and Iran which back Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. <br/><br/>Turkey, which supports Syrian rebel groups, agreed to act as a guarantor.<br/><br/>Moscow said, US, UN and Saudi Arabia also support the idea.<br/><br/>The main Syrian opposition grouping said, it has little faith in the deal.
