In Syria, at least 11 civilians including two children were killed today in air strikes on a market in northwestern part of the country. <br/><br/>The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the strikes on the market in Idlib province's Maaret al-Numan were probably carried out by regime forces.<br/><br/>Observatory head Rami Abdel Rahman said that at least 11 people were killed and around 20 injured in the air strikes. <br/><br/>According to the Observatory, Syrian regime and Russian forces have in recent weeks carried out air raids across the Idlib province after months of relative calm.
