Syria has asked the Arab League Secretary General Nabil al-Arabi to postpone his visit to Damascus.According to Syria’s official news agency SANA, the new dates of visit will be announced later.According to reports quoting diplomatic sources, Arab League secretary general Nabil al-Arabi has been commissioned by the 22-member bloc to travel to Damascus with a 13-point document outlining proposals to end the bloodshed and push Syria to launch reforms.
