India's badminton star Saina Nehwal, teen sensation PV Sindhu, top ranked Indian male badminton player Parupalli Kashyap and Anand Pawar will play their pre quarter final matches at Basel, today in the Swiss Open Grand Prix Badminton tournament.Olympic bronze medallist Saina Nehwal opened her campaign with a straight set victory of 21-12, 21-12 over Chisato Hoshi of Japan yesterday. Sixth seeded Saina will take on Sashina Vignes Waran of France, in a pre quarter final match later today in the Womens Single's match. Seventh seeded PV Sindhu also registered victory in her first round match as she defeated Sannatasah Saniru of Malayasia 21-18, 21-15. P V Sindhu will be up against Canadian Li Michelle in pre quarter final match.India's top ranked Parupalli Kashyap has sailed through second round to enter pre quarter final against Beryno Jiann Tze Wong of Malayasia. Kashyap yesterday defeated German Lukas Schmidt in straight sets of 21-15, 21-14. In another Mens single's match, India's Anand Pawar defeated German Tobias Wadenka 21-11, 21-4 to set up pre quarter final match against 6th seeded Chinese Tapiei player Tien Chen Chou.
