Sweden Foreign Minister Carl Bildt arrived in New Delhi on Thursday to hold wide ranging talks on bilateral and global issues with his counterpart S M Krishna. Mr Bildt reached Mumbai on a three-day visit to the country.

Bildit will have delegation level talks on Friday in which two sides would review the progress in bilateral cooperation spanning a wide range of areas.

They include cooperation in political, economic, health, scientific and technological fields.

This will further deepen friendly relations between India and Sweden. The two Ministers would also discuss regional and global issues of common interest and concern.
