Janata Party President Dr Subramanyam Swamy says there is no mala fide on the part of the Prime Minister in the 2G spectrum issue.In an affidavit filed in the Supreme Court on Monday, Dr Swamy alleged that the Prime Minister has been badly advised by the law officers and bureacrats.He also informed the apex court that the Solicitor General has misled it in the case relating to prosecution of former Telecommunications minister A Raja. Dr Swamy added that his stand is vindicated by the affidavit filed by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
