The participants will engage in a series of yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation sessions, tailored to address the specific needs and challenges faced by the military personnel.<br />''<br />''Through this workshop, the armed forces personnel will have an opportunity to explore the transformative power of yoga, enabling them to lead healthier and more balanced lives.<br />''<br />''A mega Yoga event will also be held on the 17th of June at the iconic Independence Square in Colombo.<br />''<br />''The 50-day prelude which commenced on the 1st of May has already seen over 40 sessions being held all over the island nation.<br />
