Swachh Shakti Divas was celebrated in Andaman and Nicobar Islands today.<br/>At a function held at Tagore B Ed College Auditorium, Udit Prakash Rai, secretary, Rural Development Department, said more than 50 percent of secretaries in Panchayats in Andaman were women. <br/><br/>A brief description of Swatch Bharat Mission – Grameen, present status of implementation, documentary presentation and prize distribution were held on the occasion.
