Union Minister for Communication, Manoj Sinha has said that Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is attaining momentum to become a public movement and the Ministry is actively doing it's role to make the programme a success. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi this afternoon, Mr Sinha said, offices and departments working in the Ministry are also associating communities nearby their premises with the cleanliness initiative.
