Myanmar's opposition leader and Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi will meet Vice-President Hamid Ansari, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar, External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid today on day 3 of her visit to India. She will meet the Vice-president first at his residence in New Delhi in the afternoon, then Meira Kumar over lunch and will meet Salman Khurshid over dinner later in the evening.
The pro-democracy leader on Wednesday met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and discussed the process of national reconciliation and democratisation in her country. Suu Kyi is on a six-day visit to India. She will visit the Lady Shriram College in New Delhi on Friday, to meet the principal, students and faculty.
